Whatever you do, DONT go to NY SOHO COFFEE. This place tries to replicate a popular coffee chain- Starbucks by screenshotting their drinks and slapping their logo on it. The taro bubble tea and tiramisu iced latte was AWFUL, milky and watered down. Sushi was old and white. The workers are also basically breathing on you waiting for you to order as if they’ve never heard of personal space. Plus, there was a strainer of separated and chewed up poke bowl ingredients sitting on the floor! Disgusting. However, a restaurant called Taste Point had pretty good dumplings and mediocre customer service. Pretty suspicious environment too - empty vending machines and prohibited public bathrooms. I will 1 star because there is slight air conditioning.

The food is TERRIBLE, I tried 3 different stores (the first store, which is a drink store, dim sum, and the onigiri place). It was all bad, esp the first store with the drinks they steal pictures from Starbucks and other stores and call it their drink, the dumplings of dim sum are good though to be honest. The sushi looks nasty and old, the other picture is the drinks we bought which were all watered down and the rice was brown. The tuna was raw, the “Tiramisu ice latte with tapioca” just tasted like coffee milk. The taro drink tasted like water and milk.DO NOTTT COME HERE! This is from a honest reviewers. The poke bowl was on the ground and it was so ew??? This has to be illegal to falsely advertise ur drinks like that + the AI food pictures on dim sum is ridiculous. The workers are waiting outside and saying stuff for u to come over, and the guy at the drink place while my friend was ordering just looked at her lost when she was ordering like they don’t know their own stolen menu. This place is a joke.

Great place for food and a place to chill. There are outlets for phones or laptops. I had the Sakura Latte. It was powder with mostly water. Maybe milk or the powder had milk powder in it. Not a fan but I will try their other drink's. NY SoHo Coffee has an espresso machine. So maybe that will be better. They have a bathroom all the way in the back. You need a code to get into it. The claw machines were all shut down but 3. However the machines to buy tokens were not working. This was around 2:30 pm on a Wednesday. They may open later but there is no sign.

poke sushi works. as can be seen in the pic, the protein quantity and quality both could use some work. the variety of veg toppings and sushi rice was pretty solid though.

this food court was a pleasant surprise. came here when we were going around the area, and wanting something to eat but for some reason we weren't finding anything appealing till we saw this (it wasn't much from the outside) but it was great. also had the chance to play with the claw machines downstairs and won!
